Staying fit in forties is very different than staying fit in our twenties! Our metabolism slows down but life only becomes more demanding. Taking care of children, aging parents, worries about career choices etc. take us away from taking care of our minds and bodies as we should.

This group is to encourage our peers who are in their forties to take care of their health. In forties, diet becomes very important and exercises should be chosen carefully to protect any injuries to spine, neck, and other joints. And I strongly believe that any fitness regimen is incomplete that does not include taking care of our minds.

Please bring positive energy and “can do” attitude to this platform and be a good friend and mentor to others. Welcome!
